14 days to change your mind
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your lamp, without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). Choosing colours from our range doesn't take this right away.
To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days are up. The simplest way is the form below. You can also email order@porous.systems, write to us, or send the standard withdrawal form further down. Any clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough.
Sending the lamp back
- Send the lamp back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. We'll email you the return address.
- You pay the cost of returning it. Pack it well: the shade is light, and the original box protects it best.
- You may unpack the parts, look at them and try fitting them to your cord set, the way you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged or shows wear beyond that, we may deduct the loss of value from your refund.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the lamp is back with us, or until you've shown us that you've sent it, whichever happens first. The refund goes back the same way you paid, at no cost to you.
Faulty or damaged lamps
This isn't a withdrawal. A faulty lamp is a complaint (reklamation), and you have three years to make one. We pay the return postage. See Faults and complaints in our terms, or just email order@porous.systems with a photo.
